What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Translate Figma designs into responsive, interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React (and optionally Angular or Vue.js).

  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

  • Prioritize accessibility and usability by adhering to WCAG/EAA guidelines.

  • Contribute to the State Street Design System and component library.

  • Participate in testing, debugging, and iterative improvements of UI features.

  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and design trends.

  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)
