Front-End Software Engineer Job Posting Overview / Summary We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to develop and maintain the front-end/client-side of web applications and support mobile or responsive applications. This role focuses on designing and implementing user interfaces and user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, while advocating for user-centric software solutions. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering software using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. Align development work with architecture guidelines to support a unified and coherent approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects. Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features and participate in user interface design reviews and product demos. Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality development. Improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing the application, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Apply programming practices related to cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards. Design, develop, and deliver user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates for a consistent user experience. Develop using languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as advanced frameworks such as React and Angular. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in user interface design. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 4+ years of experience in IT. 3+ years of development experience. Practitioner-level experience with at least one coding language or framework. Experience with GCP Cloud Run. Experience with Angular. Experience with Spring Boot. Full-stack development experience. Ability to work 4 days per week in the office. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience with PostgreSQL. Experience with Tekton.
