Job description

You are an experienced game development professional, eager to be a key contributor.
Our software is built in Unreal Engine 4, and we are using the Coherent library for UI. The Coherent UE integration allows us to leverage webstack technology and all the benefits that come with it. You will work primarily in Javascript, using React and other JS libraries to create a responsive SPA that works as the game's HUD and menuing system. You will work with other UI engineers to build compelling UI and HUD implementations for our players.
Data presentation is an extremely important part of our offering. We love charts and progress bars that are visually amazing and easy to understand!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Product to expand the best esports training platform on the market
  • Work closely with Design, from specification through production
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years experience in professional UI development
  • Experience building responsive SPAs in a standard NPM dev/production pipeline (NPM, Webpack, Babel, etc.)
  • JS, JSX, React and SASS (SCSS) sheets experience
  • Experience with for Data-driven chart and graph manipulation
  • Experience with authentication and communication with backends via HTTP requests
  • Experience with state-management packages like Redux or MobX
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
  • Full-stack development experience
  • Game industry experience
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine
  • Working knowledge of C++
  • Experience hand-coding SVGs for charts
