Combining unlimited computation and storage with powerful tools for data sharing, visualization and analysis in a customizable development platform, Orion offers unprecedented capabilities for the advancement of pharmaceuticals, biologics, agrochemicals, and flavors and fragrances.

Join our growing Cloud team responsible for deployment and management of our cloud-native SaaS platform for computer-aided drug design, Orion. Tasks include managing

individual installations of Orion, assisting internal developers with AWS issues, handling service desk requests. Additionally, you will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, serving as the primary point of contact for service desk requests by triaging, resolving, or escalating issues within established service levels.

In addition to collaborating with our backend, infrastructure, frontend, and scientific support teams, you will interact with fortune 500 companies leveraging Orion for their scientific needs to create an outstanding support experience.
