Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic Web Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom websites and applications within the SharePoint environment to meet client goals and business requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end logic in collaboration with developers
  • Write and implement SharePoint REST API calls and manipulate retrieved data
  • Develop and maintain custom forms, automated workflows, and relational databases
  • Perform maintenance programming and resolve identified defects
  • Troubleshoot, update, and enhance existing websites and applications
  • Ensure code quality, maintain proper documentation, and follow established development standards
  • Present and demonstrate completed applications to clients alongside the Project Manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience
  • Proven expertise with SharePoint 2013/2016
  • Advanced workflow development experience required
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with React, Angular, Bootstrap, or jQuery is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Adaptable to evolving project needs and deadlines
Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $91,800 to $146,900/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
