Qualifications

What you'll bring with you

  • 3-5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git).
  • Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • A proven understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development.
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or completion of a relevant coding bootcamp.

Why you might stand out from other talent

  • You are naturally curious and take action-whether building custom Python/Bash scripts or exploring new SDD frameworks.
  • You navigate fluently between creative brainstorming and engineering logic, acting as the "connective tissue" for the team.
  • You value speed-to-feedback, prototyping ideas quickly to gather data, and iterating until the solution is best-in-class.
