This data driven approach allows engineering teams to improve in aspects of burndown, check-ins, eNPS, and other key measures, ultimately driving higher employee engagement, engineering team productivity and business results.
Job Description
THE JOB
As a front end engineer on the team, your main mission will be building the best experience for our customers that is fast, intuitive and delightful. We want to make it fun and addictive to use our product while providing deep analytics and useful solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Build out our user facing experience and interaction modes
  • Architect a reporting framework using web-based modules that allow for an interactive and rich experience consuming our analysis
  • Implement and customize this front end to display our data to each manager in an attractive, usable and secure manner
  • Work collaboratively with different development and QA teams to code HTML/CSS mockups, test, and verify projects through development process
  • Design and consume backend services to display content & data via D3.js/ReactJS templates and processes
  • Whip IE11 into submission or deal with other browser inconsistencies that pop up
  • Handle deployment of production code
