Job Description
Job Title: Senior .NET Developer with P&C Domain
Location: PA or Piscataway, NJ - Onsite
Must Have Skills:
  • .NET Web Portals
  • Crystal Reports
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Domain experience

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client locations as needed to conduct onsite meetings, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure back-end solutions based on client requirements.
  • Lead a team of back-end developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between front-end applications and databases.
  • Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to support application needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, QA, product management) to ensure end-to-end project success.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong P&C Insurance domain experience
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and deployment guides.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET.
