Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical partners, and will play a key role in delivering insights and information needed for critical business decision-making.In this role, you will build and maintain a global data warehouse, bringing together data from various ERP and CRM systems, building data pipelines and data models, and delivering insights using front end visualization tools.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

How you'd contribute in this role (responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders building relationships that establish you as the SME that understands the business and delivers data and analytics solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Working with your business stakeholders, play a lead role in identifying data and analytical needs and designing solutions that meet near-term needs while advancing the long-term data strategy and roadmap
  • Manage business intelligence projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems to understand structures, relationships, and business processes
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Coalesce.io, and Snowflake to load, transform, and integrate data into the data warehouse, ensuring scalability, accurate, and high performance
  • Architect, build, and maintain reusable data models using Power BI that expose data warehouse data to front end visualization tools, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Create and deliver interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, turning complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions, and training the business on their use

What we're expecting from you (qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of continuing education and work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data engineering role
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing ELT/ETL pipelines and data models
  • Proven experience in one or more ELT/ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Coalesce.io preferred) and front-end visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Experience working with ERP data (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred) and integrating it into BI solutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining a dimensional data warehouse
  • Strong ability to present results within and outside of team to users of various levels of technical knowledge; exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor presentations appropriately to a given audience
  • Strong track-record of demonstrated constructive, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships at all levels, work collaboratively in a team environment, manage through influence, and establish oneself as a leader / respected SME
  • Strong attention to detail

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $109,400 - $153,800 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
