Position Summary:
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all MedSpa clients. This role manages scheduling, client communications, check-in/check-out, and supports daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for MedSpa services
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries in a timely manner
  • Educate clients on services, promotions, and membership options
  • Check clients in and out, collect payments, and process transactions
  • Maintain accurate client records in EMR or scheduling system
  • Assist with retail product sales and recommendations
  • Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency
  • Manage wait times and ensure smooth client flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
  • Support intake forms, and consent documentation as needed
  • Address client concerns and escalate when appropriate

Requirements
