Restaurant Team Member at Bafang Dumpling essentially has the responsibility to provide a positive Customer experience—ensuring all food orders are prepared to Bafang Dumpling’s standards and our customers are full & happy. Every Team Member at Bafang Dumpling will be a team player supporting in various areas of the restaurant (Store front, Kitchen, Cashier, Food Prep, Grill & Fry, etc.) and creating an efficient and energetic store atmosphere.

We are looking to immediately hire talented Team Members who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced food service environment for all shifts: opening and closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a customer service associate, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen cook, prep cook, retail, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you. We offer competitive pay and benefits for all positions and provide paid training for every new Team Member on the team. Even if you don’t have previous restaurant or food industry experience, we will make sure you are prepared to grow your career with us.
