Front Desk Agent โ€“ Summer 2026

Location: Mountain View Lodge | Department: Housekeeping Type: Seasonal | Start Date: May 2026 | End Date: September 2026

Friendly, organized, and ready to be the first impression guests remember?

Mountain View Lodge is looking for a front desk agent to manage reservations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide helpful service throughout a guest's stay.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage phone and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Register guests and collect required information upon arrival.
  • Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
  • Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Has a high school diploma or GED.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
