What is a front load driver?

Front load drivers are professionals who operate front-loading garbage trucks to collect and transport commercial and industrial waste. They are responsible for driving the truck along designated routes, lifting and emptying large front-load dumpsters into the truck’s hopper, and ensuring waste is safely and efficiently transported to disposal or recycling facilities. The job requires a commercial driver’s license (CDL), attention to safety protocols, and the ability to interact courteously with customers and team members.
