Class B CDL Driver - Solid Waste & Recycling Operations
This is not a light-duty driving job. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role that requires consistency, stamina, and accountability. You will work early mornings, put in real hours, and operate heavy Class B equipment in active environments. Why This Role Matters
Class B CDL Drivers are the backbone of our daily operations. You are responsible for completing routes safely, keeping customers serviced, and ensuring communities run smoothly. Your performance directly impacts service reliability, public safety, and operational success.
What You'll Do
• Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks
• Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues
• Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
What We're Looking For
• Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Experience operating front-load, side-load, and/or roll-off equipment
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays
Pay & Schedule
• Hourly pay
• 55+ hours per week is common, with consistent overtime
• Early morning start times
• Monday through Saturday schedules
• Overtime is a regular and expected part of this role
