This role serves as the bridge between Business Development, client relationships, and preconstruction, ensuring that every opportunity is properly defined, structured, and positioned for successful execution.

The position plays a critical role in translating client vision into clear project scope, preliminary budgets (ROMs), and executable strategies aligned with TetriX's modular delivery model.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong client-facing skills, conceptual estimating ability, and a deep understanding of modular construction and affordable housing development.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary internal lead from deal intake through preconstruction handoff
  • Define project scope, delivery strategy, and high-level execution approach
  • Drive clarity on project requirements, constraints, and assumptions early
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and TetriX capabilities

Business Development Support

  • Partner directly with Justin on pursuit strategy, client meetings, and opportunity screening
  • Support go/no-go decisions with early feasibility input
  • Assist in proposals, presentations, and positioning TetriX's modular value
  • Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during early project phases
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand scope, budget, schedule, and goals
  • Provide clear, proactive communication and build long-term trust
  • Manage expectations around cost, schedule, and modular constraints

Feasibility, ROMs, and Early Pricing

  • Lead development of initial ROM budgets and feasibility assessments
  • Coordinate with internal estimating and modular partners as needed
  • Validate assumptions, cost drivers, and risk factors early
  • Identify gaps in scope and ensure complete project definition before handoff

Preconstruction Integration

  • Transition projects cleanly into Preconstruction with complete scope and direction
  • Ensure Precon teams start with accurate assumptions and defined scope
  • Maintain involvement through early phases to ensure continuity
  • Drive alignment between front-end commitments and downstream execution

Process Development

  • Help standardize front-end workflows including:
    • Feasibility studies
    • Modular fit planning coordination
    • ROM development
    • Client intake and qualification
  • Contribute to building a scalable front-end system for TetriX

Success Metrics

  • Accuracy of initial ROMs vs. final budgets
  • Win rate and conversion of opportunities
  • Client satisfaction during early phases
  • Reduction in scope gaps at preconstruction handoff
  • Speed and clarity of front-end project definition

Qualifications
