Key Deliverables: 


As Front End Development Lead the successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to meet deliverables, develop world class software and guide, execute with and develop the team. 

The successful candidate will work with the project architect to develop to industry and company standards. In addition, we will look to this person to work with the product (business) lead to understand the business needs. 

We will look to the Front End Development Lead to suggest simple, maintainable product and project features which meet/anticipate customer needs. 

You will work as part of a strong, close knit team and as the Design Lead you will promote a positive team working environment the team will thrive in. 


Preferred experience and technology requirements: 


Very strong JavaScript and functional programming skills and experience (7+ years) 

Strong web front end development skills (HTML5/CSS3) 

Experience of Mobile application development (iOS, Android) 

Experience developing single page web applications supported by separate REST APIs 

Experience of AngularJS, jQuery, bootstrap is a plus 

Experience of Front end unit testing and debugging a plus 

Graphic and visual design experience is a plus 

REST API development experience is a plus 

The ability to direct people without management line authority 

Team Leadership or management experience 

A background in Educational Technology and/or Healthcare/nursing.
