Job Summary:
Codified is a seed-stage startup focused on empowering organizations to implement their data governance policies. As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will design the front-end architecture, collaborate with UX designers, and contribute to the company's technical roadmap while nurturing its culture.
Responsibilities:
• Help design Codified's overall front-end architecture.
• Fully own features ranging from simple widgets to complex chatbot interactions.
• Work with back-end engineers to design well-crafted APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Collaborate with UX designers to conceive and improve Codfieid's user experiences.
• Work with founders and leadership to build and maintain our technical roadmap.
• Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps systems that allow us to focus on our customers' needs.
• Make trade-offs between technology, business needs, development speed, short-term needs, and long-term technical strategy.
• Help us form and nurture our company's culture.
• Work hard, have fun, and grow along with Codified.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ designing, implementing, and shipping large-scale, production-ready applications.
• Expertise in Javascript, TypeScript, React, NextJS, and other frameworks and web technologies.
• Experience with authorization systems such as AWS IAM and Azure AD.
• Experience with identity systems such as Okta and OneLogin.
• Experience owning large components or entire products from inception through shipping.
• A history of effective teamwork that focused on empowering others to improve.
• A track record for good design, architectural, engineering, and product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
