Role summary / purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to design and develop analytics dashboards, web applications, and user-facing solutions that support business operations and decision-making. This role involves analyzing business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. You will work independently on complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, and may lead functional teams or projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear and concise functional documentation
  • Design and develop analytics dashboards and web applications with strong UI/UX design principles
  • Perform testing and validation by collaborating with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate solutions against business requirements, and ensure proper functionality
  • Monitor and evaluate solution performance by tracking and measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Create dashboards that are both visually compelling and intuitive to use
  • Translate business requirements into polished, professional interfaces
Requirements – education & experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven web applications
Required skills
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, and Git/GitHub
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and principles
  • Experience in IT budget forecasting
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAP and BOBJ
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
