YOTEL Miami is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and contribute to a positive guest experience at our hotel..

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various channels.
