Job Description
โ— Greeting and Assisting Visitors:
โ—‹ Welcoming families and guests in a respectful and compassionate manner.
โ—‹ Directing visitors to the appropriate areas within the funeral home (e.g., arrangement office, chapel, visitation rooms).
โ— Phone and Communication Management:
โ—‹ Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
โ—‹ Providing information to callers and visitors, answering questions about funeral services and procedures.
โ— Administrative Tasks:
โ—‹ Processing paperwork, including death certificates, contracts, register books and other forms
โ—‹ Maintaining accurate records and files related to funeral arrangements.
โ—‹ Type program mock-ups
โ—‹ Log flowers
โ—‹ Submit newspaper obituaries
โ—‹ Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks.
โ— General Support:
โ—‹ Assisting with the preparation of funeral services, such as setting up for visitations and handing out service folders.

โ—‹ Running errands as needed, such as picking up or delivering items.
โ— Other Duties:
