Front Desk Representative (Per Diem)

The Front Desk Representative serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression. This role is critical in managing front desk operations efficiently, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating communication between departments. The representative will be responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of information and providing exceptional customer service to support overall organizational effectiveness. As a per diem position, flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet varying scheduling needs while maintaining consistent service quality. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the positive reputation and operational success of the organization by delivering courteous and efficient front desk support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
