Company Description StretchLab is a leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching, founded in 2015 in California and now expanding through franchise locations across major U.S. and international markets. As part of Xponential Fitness, StretchLab offers a fun, energetic, and community-focused environment designed to help clients increase mobility and flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Role Description The Front Desk Staff role is a full-time, on-site position located in Granger, IN. This role is responsible for greeting clients, checking them in and out of sessions, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining accurate client records, and providing information about StretchLab services and promotions. The Front Desk Staff also supports studio operations by keeping the reception area organized, assisting with membership sales, and coordinating with Flexologists and management to ensure a smooth client experience. This position requires consistent on-site presence and a commitment to delivering welcoming, high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Professional phone etiquette and experience with receptionist duties, including managing calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with clients, team members, and management.
  • Basic computer literacy, including comfort with scheduling software, email, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including possible evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is beneficial but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or office administration is a plus.


Part time and Full-time hours available, studio is open Mondays to Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday's 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
