We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dual-talented Licensed Esthetician to join our growing Healthcare Clinic/MedSpa team. In this part-time role, you will split your expertise between providing high-end clinical skin treatments and driving the front-of-house client experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who pairs technical skincare expertise with an outgoing, active sales approach. You should excel at educating clients on our services, managing social media, and keeping the clinic running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Esthetic Services

  • Perform advanced skincare treatments including RF- Microneedling, Hydrafacials, Medical-Grade Facials, Microdermabrasion, and Extractions.
  • Conduct Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, IPL, Spider Vein Removal treatments (for candidates with laser certification).
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, skincare lines, and clinical treatments to provide customized recommendations.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are sterile, organized, and properly set up for specialized treatments, including IV Hydration and Weight Loss Consultations.
Sales, Marketing & Social Media

  • Maintain an active sales approach, educating patients/clients on complementary treatments and retail products.
  • Manage the clinic’s social media presence: create, curate, and post consistent, engaging MedSpa content (Requires Daily posting).
  • Monitor and promptly respond to client inquiries via social media messages and lead generation platforms.
  • Actively follow up on client leads to convert inquiries into bookings.

Front Desk & Administrative Operations

  • Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Conduct appointment confirmations and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitization, and aesthetic standards of the front desk, waiting area, and treatment rooms.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • License: Active Esthetician license in the state of Texas (Required).
  • Certification: Laser Technician Certification/License is a strong plus.

  • Bilingual: Preferred but not Required
  • Experience: Previous experience in a MedSpa, dermatology clinic, or high-end salon setting preferred.
  • Skills: * Strong sales aptitude with a natural ability to educate and upsell services/products.
    • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
    • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
    • Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
