Spenga Front Desk & Sales Associate

The SPENGA Front Desk & Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented multi-tasker.

Qualifications include strong management and leadership abilities, previous sales experience preferably in high-end goods or services, willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy, motivation to sell and learn sales techniques, excellent customer service, understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate, previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus, a keen eye for cleanliness and organization, and experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques.

Job requirements include selling memberships and retail, making multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift, meeting and exceeding sales and retention expectations, increasing client participation energetically, setting up and resetting studio equipment before, during, and after classes, maintaining a clean facility, managing client accounts, and experience with social media and willingness to use it.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
