Front Desk Receptionist
Internal Medical Office located in Jupiter, Florida staffed with five skilled doctors and associated with many prestigious hospitals within the area seeks Front Desk Receptionist with eClinical Works experience to join their team of Medical Professionals.  This is a great Full-Time opportunity with growth potential & excellent starting rate and benefits that offer a regular Monday-Friday schedule. 
 
SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES:
  • Will provide an above and beyond customer service experience and assist patients, guests and visitors, by responding to all inquiries about the company
  • eClinical Works is a PLUS!!
  • Performing administrative support tasks, answering phones and recording and routing messages to appropriate personnel
  • Receiving and distributing mail, light scheduling and any other general office duties requested
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with computer systems such as eClinical Works and Microsoft Office.
  • A minimum of 1 years of Medical office experience
  • Ability to manage a busy front desk area and phone
