What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for their appointment slots
  • Coordinate with assigned EV Consultants for seamless handoff for sales consultations and delivery pickups
  • Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression
  • Manage and maintain the daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries
  • Monitor showroom traffic and proactively communicate with the sales team to minimize wait times
  • Confirm appointments and communicate any delays or changes in real time
  • Facilitate final vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments
  • Collect guest feedback on their delivery experience
  • Educate customers on post-sale support via support@evercars.com, including 90-day warranty processes
  • Set clear expectations for follow-up communications and review requests
  • Proactively follow up with recent buyers to encourage positive reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment
  • Ensure the "Coffee Zone" is stocked, clean, and welcoming for guests
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Accurately track customer visits, appointments, and handoffs in internal systems
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks (data entry, paperwork, filing)

Qualifications & Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to operate with ownership and minimal supervision

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Experience using CRM or scheduling tools is a plus
  • Comfortable using Slack or similar communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, dealership, retail, or hospitality environments
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or other languages) is a plus
