Position Summary

The Front Desk position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. This individual must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

Check patients in and out efficiently

Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes

Verify patient demographics and insurance information

Maintain accurate electronic medical records

Collect copays and balances as needed

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure clinic flow stays on schedule

Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
