Job description
WVU Medicine Berkeley Medical Center is proud to be part of a growing, vibrant communityand to grow right alongside it. Together with WVU Medicine Jefferson Medical Center and our network of outpatient primary and specialty care clinics across the Eastern Panhandle, we comprise WVU Hospitals East, a not-for-profit system committed to delivering high-quality care close to home.
WVU Medicine is investing more than $260 million in Berkeley and Jefferson counties, reflecting a bold vision for the future of healthcare in the region. These two major capital projects are designed to meet the needs of a growing population while strengthening access to high-quality, patient-centered care across the Eastern Panhandle. This is transforming care at Berkeley Medical Center with the construction of a new patient tower, expanding inpatient bed capacity from 190 to 316 and eliminating all semi-private rooms. By modernizing infrastructure, expanding clinical services, and consolidating care in efficient, convenient ways, WVU Medicine is building a foundation for long-term growth, sustainability, and enhanced patient experience.
