The World Series of Poker (WSOP), the most prestigious brand in poker and a global leader in live and digital gaming events, is looking for a Head of Media & Sponsorship Sales to lead revenue growth across the business. This person will be responsible for selling sponsorships, advertising, and media opportunities across WSOP’s live events, digital platforms, and broadcast content. The right candidate will have hands‑on experience in television and digital ad sales, with a proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships over time. They should be able to develop and execute effective social media marketing and advertising strategies, while working across sales, marketing, and content to create compelling opportunities for brands and partners.

• Lead sales efforts across WSOP’s live events, digital platforms, broadcast content, and owned media.
• Develop and close new business with major brands, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals.
• Develop sponsorship and advertising packages that take advantage of WSOP’s brand, audience, content, and events.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand partnerships over time.
• Build and manage a sales strategy focused on growing revenue and expanding the client base.
• Develop and execute social media marketing and advertising strategies that support client objectives and WSOP revenue goals.
• Work across sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising and partnership opportunities.
• Create presentations, pitch materials, and other tools that clearly communicate WSOP’s value to prospective advertisers and partners.
• Stay close to the market, understand what advertisers are looking for, and identify new opportunities for WSOP.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, brand marketers, and direct brand decision-makers.
• Manage key client relationships from initial conversation through close, renewal, and expansion.
• Maintain strong retention across existing accounts while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within those relationships.
• Represent WSOP in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• 7–10+ years of experience in television, digital advertising, media sales, sponsorships, sports, entertainment, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience selling television and digital advertising.
• Proven track record of consistently generating new business, growing revenue, and retaining and expanding client relationships.
• Experience developing and selling integrated media, advertising, sponsorship, and social media opportunities.
• Experience developing and executing social media marketing and advertising strategies as part of broader brand and media partnerships.
• Ability to work across sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising and partnership opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and building a sales function in a fast‑moving environment.

• Experience working with major broadcast partners or television networks.
• Strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct-to-brand marketers.
• Background selling across both television and digital platforms.
• Ability to develop sponsorship and advertising packages around live events and content.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising as part of larger brand partnerships.
• Comfortable working with sales, marketing, social, creative, and content teams to bring integrated campaigns to market.
