Position Type: Full-Time, Company Driver

Location: Chicago, IL (home terminal operations based in the greater Chicago metropolitan area)

We maintain a strict safety culture. To be considered, you must meet the following gate requirements:

• Minimum Experience: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years (as defined by FMCSA guidelines).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years (any state).
• Clean background check and valid medical card required.

• Consistent freight volume with a stable, established carrier.
• Modern safety technology and driver-friendly operational support.
• No forced dispatch; open-door policy with management.
• Fuel card, toll transponder, and all necessary safety equipment provided.
• Recognition programs for safe driving milestones and years of service.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions other than corrective lenses.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Chicago terminal.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently for safety and documentation purposes.
