Guide new customers through a personalized onboarding journey that addresses their unique pain points, drives adoption of core features, and empowers them with the tools and knowledge to implement JobNimbus into their business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-impact implementation experiences for new JobNimbus customers
  • Guide customers through the implementation journey from kickoff to completion
  • Lead live walkthroughs, product training, and hands-on onboarding sessions tailored to each customer
  • Drive adoption by connecting product features to each customer's goals and workflows
  • Track implementation progress, manage tasks and pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain detailed CRM and implementation pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term success
