• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices and confidentiality.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques to deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Foster therapeutic relationships, encouraging clients to express and gain insights about their experiences and emotions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, integrating feedback and evolving client needs into sessions.
• Help clients develop and implement effective coping mechanisms to enhance their everyday functioning.

Our counselors primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties. We focus on providing clients with actionable strategies and insights, enabling them to enhance their quality of life. Our approach emphasizes collaborative goal-setting and client empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Applicants must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Only fully licensed therapists who can practice independently without supervision are eligible to apply.
• Clear of any disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients’ struggles are essential.
• Strong computer skills are necessary for using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a counseling or therapy role, with a record of competency in treating various mental health concerns. Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus but not required, as we offer training for our systems.
