Job Description Job Title: Lead R&D Engineer Location: Remote Job Type: Permanent Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lead R&D Engineer specializing in Switchgear to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and development efforts, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge switchgear solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the design and development of switchgear products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

- Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product reliability and performance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members. - Oversee the preparation of technical documentation and reports.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in switchgear design and development.
