Location: Lima, OH

Job Type: Full-Time / Flex

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Flexible – Must be available to work any day, night, weekend, or holiday as needed.

Position Summary

SMSSI is seeking reliable, professional, and flexible Flex Security Officers. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working at a variety of sites.

As a Flex Security Officer (Floater/Rover), you will be responsible for protecting client property and personnel through observation, patrols, incident reporting, and exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Preferred
  • 1–3 years of security experience, preferably in mobile patrol, rover, or flex security.
  • Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or customer service.
  • Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Experience in security operations, scheduling, or related fields is a plus.
