Job description

About the Company

You may be more qualified for a career in insurance than you think. Some of the strongest people in this industry did not begin their careers in financial services. They came from sales, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, retail, healthcare, real estate, recruiting, call centers, management, and other careers where they learned how to communicate with people, solve problems, stay organized, and take responsibility for results. CGH Group is looking for motivated professionals who are ready to take those transferable skills and build a new career. Previous insurance experience is not required. We can help guide qualified candidates through the licensing process and provide the training, systems, technology, mentorship, and support needed to learn the business. CGH Group is led by Tanya and Michael Hughes. Tanya entered the insurance industry as a stay at home mother raising six children and went on to become one of the top producing sales agents in the country with Equis Financial. Her career is proof that where you start does not have to determine where you finish.
