We are seeking a skilled Swiss Screw Machinist to join our dynamic team in Morgan Hill, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of precision components using advanced Swiss machining techniques. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
