The Rutgers Business School is seeking individuals to assist with non-instructional assignments for its non-credit programs and centers.
Successful candidates will provide assistance, guidance, research, and other duties as assigned (e.g., design, recruitment, curriculum development, course design, research, etc.) on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to: accounting, accounting information systems, financial accounting, government accounting, taxation, administrative studies, finance, economics, real estate, marketing, management, management science and information systems, operational management, strategic leadership, supply chain, and much more.
Candidates may be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Conducting research
  • Preparing materials (e.g., presentations, proposals, documents, etc.) as assigned by the hiring manager
  • Generate reports, summaries, and materials for distribution to internal and external entities

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Requires an advanced degree and at least one year of instructional/presentational experience, or a combination of education and experience. The degree requirement may be waived if a candidate is considered a subject matter expert in their field.
A doctoral degree is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
