Work Location: On the Road – West Valley, Arizona (Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Sun City & Sun City West, Surprise, Tolleson, Wickenburg, and Youngtown)

We are seeking a home health Physical Therapist focuses on walking, simple strengthening, and range-of-motion exercises in the home. This can help a patient who has recently been hospitalized for an injury or condition. It is prescribed by a doctor immediately after the patient is discharged from the hospital. We are located in Sun City but work all over the valley. We pay per visit.
