Must-Haves
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Three to five years of related clinical experience in Behavioral Health/ Emergency Department overseeing BH services/Free standing psychiatric hospital
  • Three years' experience leading telephonic clinical programs at scale, effectively managing to service levels
  • Current Compact (Multistate) licensure as a Registered Nurse

Job Description
  • The Manager of the Behavioral Health (BH) Transfer Center leads the team towards enhanced operational performance, timeliness of service and always ensures sound clinical
  • judgement of the staff. The Manager is responsible for the team's execution daily, providing coaching and mentoring to staff as well as timely decision-making regarding service
  • adjustments and changes that need to be made. The Manager is a relationship builder
