Field RN – Medicare Home Health Visits Full-Time $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Location: Orange, Osceola & Seminole Counties, FL

AccordCare Home Health, a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Full-Time Field RNs to provide high-quality care to our patients. If you have a passion for patient care, strong clinical skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care
  • Administer medications, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and other nursing tasks as required
  • Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management
  • Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively
Required Experience & Education
  • Current RN License – State of Florida
  • Experience in Medicare Home Health
  • Wound care and infusion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency with electronic health records for documentation and communication
  • 1+ year of Home Health experience preferred
  • WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus
