What You’ll Do:

●     Assess clients in their homes, create a care-plan, and provide nursing services

●     Assist with caregiver training/education as needed, utilizing your experience as an RN

●     Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, care-partners and co-workers

●     Oversee care provided by non-licensed caregivers

●     Provide reliable care and complete timely documentation of all visits and assessments

Qualifications and Skills:
