Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team at Prosperity Home Mortgage, the Regional Sales Leader will play a critical role in driving sales performance and fostering relationships within the real estate community. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Division Sales Leader, you will oversee a dynamic team of Mortgage Consultants dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative mortgage solutions to new and existing clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead within a company that values community engagement and is committed to excellence in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team of Mortgage Consultants by providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance. Set ambitious sales goals, motivate the team to achieve targets, and create a culture of accountability.
  • Client Engagement: Advise prospective and existing clients about Prosperity's comprehensive range of mortgage programs, rates, policies, and procedures. Ensure a high level of visibility and reputation for Prosperity in the marketplace.
  • Loan Production Excellence: Drive the production of high-quality loans that align with Prosperity Home Mortgage guidelines while delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial and credit data to recommend suitable loan programs that meet client needs while assessing the associated risks.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and, when necessary, terminate team members. Provide support in career development and performance management.
  • Operational Oversight: Review and approve hours worked, expenditures, and other essential validations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate company policies, promotions, and procedural updates clearly and effectively to the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Executive Collaboration: Engage with executive leadership to present regional performance metrics and insights, advocating for resources and initiatives that drive growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
