Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting individualized counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients.
• Encouraging open discussions about emotions and personal experiences to promote self-insight and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
• Providing advocacy for clients, helping them define and articulate their therapeutic goals.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and designing treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and your clinical judgment.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs, enhancing the overall quality of care.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license issued by the state board, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong capabilities in making professional assessments and recommendations for clients' treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for therapy and administrative tasks.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, which is central to our approach.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Background in providing telehealth services, emphasizing comfort with technology-assisted therapy delivery.
