We match seniors with caregivers who can relate to their challenges and respect them for their efforts to age gracefully at home. This peer relationship ensures that both individuals feel valued and appreciated. Your warm heart and skills will help many people avoid the distress of spending their final days away from home.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Everyday is different for a Companion Sitter. Our caregivers are offered a variety of staffing assignments in local facilities and are responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.

  • Current CPR Certification

  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
