This position requires availability during the following hours: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule. Candidates with scheduling conflicts during these times are asked not to apply.

  • Able to manage classroom dynamics under the guidance of lead instructors.
  • Dedicated to upholding studio standards and supporting our culture.

Growth-Oriented Mentors

  • Passionate about guiding students, tracking progress, and building a nurturing learning environment.

  • Guide trial students through their first classes, ensuring an unforgettable introduction to our studio.

Student & Family Engagement

  • Foster strong, positive relationships with dancers and their families.
  • Communicate important studio updates and events with clarity and warmth.
  • Support lead instructors in ensuring every student feels valued and encouraged.

Studio Involvement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive studio environment.
  • Assist with recital preparation, choreography support, and student evaluations as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.

Additional Responsibilities
