Position: Warehouse Picking and Packing Technician — Madison, WI Why this role matters

Every accurate, on-time shipment keeps customers happy. In this role, you bring precision and energy to each order from pick to pack to ship.

What you’ll do
  • Pick items correctly, pack them securely, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain an orderly, clutter-free station to maximize efficiency.
  • Inspect items to confirm quality and accuracy before sealing.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.
  • Consistently follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
