Oracle MICROS is a suite of point-of-sale (POS) solutions widely used in the hospitality and retail industries. Employees in these roles may provide technical support, assist with software installations, offer training, or troubleshoot system issues while working from their home office. These positions require familiarity with Oracle MICROS products and strong communication skills to assist clients or end-users effectively.
