Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active North Carolina medical license (or eligible)
  • DEA licensure or eligibility
  • Passion for value-based, patient-centered primary care
