Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Optometrist to join our team at Bright Eyes Optometry. This position is perfect for doctors seeking career growth and practice ownership. This is a position for Saturday Doctor.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health assessments.

Diagnose and treat vision problems, eye diseases, and other ocular conditions.

Prescribe and fit contact lenses, eyeglasses, and other visual aids.

Provide expert advice and education to patients regarding eye care, including proper eye hygiene and preventive measures.

Collaborate with our team of referring ophthalmologists, opticians, and support staff to provide integrated eye care services.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Uphold and promote the clinic's values, mission, and brand image.

Requirements:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid optometry NYS license

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of optometry practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
