Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

We're hiring Floorhands, Derrickhands, and Operators to join our growing crews. Whether you're looking to break into the oilfield or you're an experienced well servicing professional, we offer opportunities to grow your career with a company that values hard work and dependable people.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions alongside a close-knit crew committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently.

What You'll DoFloorhand
  • Assist with rig-up and rig-down of workover units.
  • Operate rod and tubing tongs during well servicing operations.
  • Keep the rig floor, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Perform routine maintenance on rig equipment and vehicles.
  • Learn well servicing operations through hands-on training.
Derrickhand
  • Guide tubing and rods from the tubing board during tripping operations.
  • Maintain mud pumps, fluid systems, and related equipment.
  • Assist the Operator with crew leadership and training.
  • Support rig floor operations as needed.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance.
Operator
  • Safely operate the workover rig, drawworks, and hoisting equipment.
  • Lead daily crew activities and enforce company safety standards.
  • Conduct equipment and job site inspections.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, customers, and third-party contractors.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance of rig equipment and vehicles.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, weekends, and travel when required.
  • For Derrickhand and Operator positions: Previous, verifiable experience in the same role on a workover or well servicing rig.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Class A or Class B CDL.
  • PEC/Safeland, First Aid/CPR, Well Control, or similar safety certifications.
  • Mechanical, welding, or heavy equipment experience.
